- Can you set up a master key system for our building?
- Yes. We design the suite — who holds a master, who holds a sub-master, who holds a single key — then supply and install the cylinders and give you a key schedule to manage it. It's priced on the number of doors and the cylinder grade.
- Our fire door won't close on its own — can you fix it?
- Yes, that's a failed or wrongly adjusted door closer, and it's a common job. A fire door that doesn't self-close is a serious safety and compliance issue, so it's treated as urgent. We repair or replace the closer and set it to close and latch properly.
- Can you repair a panic bar or push bar?
- Yes. Sticking, seized or misaligned panic and push bars on fire escape routes are repaired or replaced to BS EN 1125, so the door always releases from the inside with a single push.
- Do you fit and reprogram access control and keypads?
- Yes — standalone keypad locks and networked access control, fitted, repaired and reprogrammed. After a staff change we can re-code or re-issue credentials so old codes and fobs stop working.
