What we do with your information
Locksmith Bedfordshire is a locksmith based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire. This page explains, in plain terms, what data this website handles and the cookies it uses. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

When you call us
If you phone 07362 773424, your number shows on the phone and we may keep a brief note of the job — your address, what was wrong, what it cost — so we have a record and can help if you call again. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the business and keeping proper records. We don't add you to any marketing list.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where in the country they are. This helps us decide what to write about. Job notes are kept while they are useful for warranty and repeat work, and reviewed periodically. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings (we use 14 months). Server logs are short-lived.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it.
